Begin with a piece you would enjoy wearing even before it is personalized. Consider its scale, chain length, setting and the finish you already reach for. Then choose a name, date, initial, birthstone sequence or short message that carries the story.

Available options depend on the product. The product page identifies the supported characters, stone count, engraving space and finishes; a custom inquiry lets us check an idea before you commit. A request is not an order or an automatic promise that every design is possible.

  • Submit your exact text and design details. We review the request and clarify any limits, pricing or extra work.
  • Where a preview is offered, check spelling, layout, stone order and proportions carefully. Screen colors are illustrative and may differ from the finished piece.
  • Give explicit approval before production when approval is part of the order. Keep a copy of your agreed specification.
  • Use the confirmed processing estimate and shipping method for planning; contact us promptly if you need a change.

Can I get a preview?

Preview availability depends on the design. Ask before ordering whether a digital layout is included, when it is sent and how revisions are handled.

Can I use a language other than English?

Send the exact characters you need. We will check font support and legibility rather than replacing unsupported characters without your approval.

Can I change a name after ordering?

Contact us with your order number and the exact correction immediately. What is possible depends on whether review or production has started; extra work may require a new quote.

How long will it take?

The product page or written quote provides the processing estimate. Shipping starts after dispatch and is additional. A deadline is confirmed only when the studio has agreed it.

Can a personalized piece be returned?

Check the product’s customization terms and the Returns & exchanges page before placing the order. A change of mind is different from an item arriving damaged or not matching the approved specification.
